Being a brother of Beta Theta Pi also gives its members the opportunity to participate in leadership development programs. Brothers of the Zeta Psi chapter attend these programs annually, and look forward to meeting fellow brother Betas from across the country.

English Beta Wilderness Challenge (BWC) is an outdoor leadership experience that takes Beta undergraduates through a bold agenda focusing on the principles and obligations of the Fraternity, and a series of challenging outdoor elements to promote personal development.
